About KKR PECC

KKR, in partnership with the Wharton Undergraduate Private Equity and Venture Capital Club, is excited to host its 2025 Private Equity Case Competition (KKR PECC).  KKR PECC offers students a platform to explore private equity opportunities by selecting a target company and conducting a buyout analysis. The competition is open to all US and Canada-based undergraduate students with an interest in learning more about private equity investing, and teams can cross-register with undergraduates across multiple schools. Teams should register in groups of 2-4.
